We were training hard, tracking macros, and still ending up at 8pm with nothing prepped and no plan. So we built the thing we needed.
We were doing everything right at the gym. Progressive overload, enough sleep, protein targets dialled in — on paper. But then weekday reality hit: back from the gym at 7pm, fridge half-empty, and the usual debate about whether a chicken wrap from the petrol station counted as meal prep.
The information existed. There were thousands of high-protein recipes scattered across apps, blogs, YouTube, and PDF downloads. But stitching them into a plan, figuring out the macros, writing a shopping list, and actually cooking it all — that was a different project entirely.
"We weren't failing at the gym. We were failing at the kitchen — and it was undoing everything."
So we built SoulGainz to close that gap. Not another recipe database. A system — from recipe to grocery list to batch cook, all in one place, with macros you can actually trust.
